Mocktops Return Policy We get it. Sometimes things don’t fit, don’t vibe, or just don’t hit like they should.

You’ve got 30 days. If your item isn’t making you laugh, cry, or fist-pump in joy, send it back within 30 days of delivery.

·        Must be unworn, unwashed, and unmocked (aka: in original condition).

·        Tags still on. No mystery stains. No “I wore it once to a party and now I want my money back” energy.

How to return Email us at returns@mocktops.com with your order number and a short explanation. Bonus points if it’s funny. We’ll send you instructions that don’t require a PhD.

Stuff you can’t return

·        Final sale items (you knew what you were getting into)

·        Gift cards (nice try)

·        Custom gear

·        Anything that smells like regret or your uncle’s cologne

Refunds Once we get your item and confirm it’s not covered in barbecue sauce, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No smoke signals required.

Shipping costs You cover return shipping unless we messed up. If we did, we’ll own it and make it right.

Wrong item or damaged goods? Email us within 7 days of delivery. “We’ll fix it faster than your grandma can say ‘that shirt’s inappropriate.’”
